Paid Parental Leave

To strengthen our support for new parents, associates who give birth or adopt a child will receive up to four weeks of paid parental leave.

Eligibility

To be eligible for paid parental leave, you must be a full-time regular associate with a minimum of 6 months of employment, and you must also be one of the following:

• The parent who gave birth
• A biological parent or the spouse of the biological parent of the newborn
• A parent who has adopted a child or been placed with a foster child
