How to Enroll

You can enroll on your benefits enrollment platform.

Download your benefits enrollment platform's app to:

  • View benefit plan information
  • Track and print your pay statements and W2s right from your phone or tablet

Enrolling as a New Associate

  • Corporate Associates: If you are enrolling for the first time and are a new associate, you’re eligible for benefits on your date of hire. Your benefits will remain in effective for the measurement period unless you have a qualifying life event.
  • Field Associates: If you are enrolling for the first time and are a new associate, you’re eligible for benefits the first of the month following your date of hire. If your hire date is the first of the month, your effective date will be the same day.

Your elections will remain in effect for the measurement period unless you have a qualifying life event. The deadline to enroll is 31 days from your eligibility date.

Qualified Life Events

Important! If you experience a qualified life event (QLE), you cannot enroll until the date the event occurs. Enrollments must be completed within 31 days of your eligibility date.

While you are generally only allowed to change your benefits elections during the annual enrollment period each year, certain QLEs provide an exception. Those life events allow you to change your benefits elections in the middle of the plan year if certain requirements are met. QLEs include:

  • Marriage or divorce
  • Birth, death, or legal adoption
  • Associate gains or loses coverage
  • Family member gains or loses coverage

How to Submit a QLE

You need to submit your QLE on the benefit enrollment platform (or mobile app) within 31 days of the event.

To complete your enrollment, you must submit dependent verification documents to the Benefits Team (benefits@remingtonhotels.com) or HR Team within 45 days from the date you submitted the QLE.

  • ADP Vantage Only: After you confirm your elections, click Submit to review the list of documents you are required to provide. You will also be notified by ADP Dependent Verification Services with instructions on substantiating your covered dependents.
