Eligibility

Associates are classified as part-time if they work less than 30 hours per week during the 12-month measurement period. Click here to learn more about eligibility.

• Part-time associates are not eligible for our company-sponsored medical, dental, or vision coverages and are subject to a 12-month measurement period (see more below). In the interim or if a part-time associate failed to meet the hours requirements, they may elect the MEC option offered by New Benefits, which is described below.
• Part-time associates are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Savings Plan and Employee Assistance Program.

The Health & Wellness Package Plus costs $24.97 per month and includes all programs in the Health & Wellness Package, plus:

What to Expect After Signing Up

After you've signed up on remington.secureenrollment.com:

• Membership fees will be deducted monthly via ACH draft or credit/debit card.
• Membership materials (booklet and ID card) will be mailed to your home address.
• Your Health & Wellness or Health & Wellness Plus membership provides access to 24/7 doctor visits by phone, mobile app, or online video for $0 out-of-pocket. Be sure to register your account and add your dependents before your first video visit!
• Once you receive your membership kit, download My Benefits Work from the App Store or Google Play. You will need your Member ID and Group ID from the front of your membership card to complete your registration.
  • Check out the new app feature: My Wallet. Keep all your benefit and insurance cards in one convenient location!
• Membership can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fees.

Note: This plan is NOT insurance coverage and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00.
