Accolade Care provides virtual primary care and mental health treatment when you need it. Speak to a top doctor and get personalized, high-quality healthcare from your desktop or smartphone.

What Services does Accolade Provide?

  • Benefits Guidance: Health Assistants can help you learn more about the employee benefits that are available to you and your family. You can also log in to your account at member.accolade.com to learn more.
  • Virtual Care: Access Accolade Care service for virtual primary care and mental health support. See a top doctor or therapist and get personalized, high-quality healthcare from your phone, tablet or computer — day or night. Your Care Team is available 24/7.
  • Assign an Accolade Primary Care Physician: Access the same doctor each time with your Accolade Care virtual visits. If your doctor is not available, you can speak to someone on call.
    • To assign an Accolade primary care physician:
      • Log in to member.accolade.com.
      • From the home screen, click My Health in the bottom right corner.
      • Click Select Now.
      • Select a primary care physician for your ongoing care needs.
  • Finding In-Person Care: Health Assistants can help you find and schedule appointments with high-quality, in-network doctors, specialists, and healthcare facilities. They can also help you understand your options for care (e.g., PCP, urgent care, emergency room).
  • Understand Coverage and Costs: Health Assistants can help you understand your health plan coverage and costs, and make sense of confusing medical bills.
  • Nurse Support: Your Health Assistant can connect you to a nurse who can help you understand symptoms, learn about a condition, or explore treatment options. They can also connect you with clinical programs that are specific to your health conditions and offer enhanced support.
  • Expert Medical Opinion: 2nd.MD is Accolade’s expert medical opinion service. They can arrange for a second opinion from a world-renowned doctor about a diagnosis, treatment option, surgery, or medication that you may be feeling unsure about — at no cost to you.
  • Accolade’s Maternity Program: Enroll in Accolade’s Maternity Program to connect with an experienced Maternity Nurse to support you during your pregnancy and answer any questions or concerns — even after the baby arrives! Accolade Maternity Nurses do not replace your provider, but empower you to strengthen your communication and relationship with your entire medical team so you get the best possible care.

How to Access Accolade

Log in to your account at member.accolade.com or call Accolade at 866-518-1779 for help with:

  • Medical and prescription questions
  • Personal, family, and marriage counseling
  • Scheduling an appointment with an in-network doctor for urgent, non-emergency conditions like:
